Network.CreateDataPoint(locationObject, characterName, dataPoint)

Expected parameter types

locationObject	string
characterName	string
dataPoint	Lua Type

Description: Create a DataPoint in a specific place, from a specific character, with pre filled in data.

Returns: Nothing
